Professional Mounting Services
Moving/Furniture assembly/Home Improvements.
Truck-Assisted Moving — $85/hr
Need a truck and an extra set of hands? JOTS provides local moving assistance using a pickup truck and 8-foot utility trailer. Great for small moves, furniture pickups, Facebook Marketplace purchases, storage units, appliances, and other items that won't fit in a car.
Includes: Pickup truck, 8' trailer, driver and loading/unloading assistance.
2-hour minimum recommended.
Dump fees, long-distance travel, and additional expenses are quoted separately.
Moving Help / Heavy Lifting — $50/hr
Already have a truck, trailer, moving van, or U-Haul? Hire JOTS for the muscle. We can help load and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, storage units, and other household items.
1-hour minimum.
JOTS is currently a one-person service. Items requiring multiple people to safely move may require the customer to provide additional help.
Trash & Furniture Removal — Starting at $85
Need unwanted furniture, household items, or debris gone? JOTS can load and haul away unwanted items using our pickup and trailer.
Starting at $85 for small loads.
Final pricing depends on the amount and type of material being removed, loading time, travel, and disposal fees. Send us photos for a free quote before scheduling.
Hazardous materials and certain restricted items cannot be accepted.
Furniture Assembly — $55/hr
Skip the instruction manuals and let us put it together for you. We assemble flat-pack and ready-to-assemble furniture including IKEA furniture, beds, dressers, desks, tables, shelving units, entertainment centers, outdoor furniture, and more.
1-hour minimum.

Appliance Installation — Starting at $65
Installation and replacement of common household appliances including dishwashers, microwaves, garbage disposals, washers, dryers, and other standard appliances where the necessary connections are already present.
Pricing varies by appliance and installation requirements.
New plumbing, electrical circuits, gas-line work, or other work requiring a licensed trade professional is not included.
Electrical Fixture & Device Replacement — $65/hr
Replacement and installation of existing household electrical fixtures and devices, including ceiling fans, light fixtures, switches, outlets, smart switches, and similar items.
1-hour minimum.
Service is limited to work JOTS can legally perform. New circuits, panel work, rewiring, and projects requiring a licensed electrician are not offered.
Minor Home Repairs — $65/hr
Have a list of smaller repairs that never seem to get done? JOTS can tackle multiple projects during the same appointment.
Common projects include:
Drywall patches and minor wall repair
Door and trim repairs
Baseboard and molding repairs
Cabinet adjustments and hardware replacement
Caulking and sealing
Minor carpentry repairs
Shelving and hardware installation
Weatherstripping
Small cosmetic repairs
General household maintenance
1-hour minimum.
Materials and specialty hardware are additional. Larger repairs can be quoted as a flat-rate project.
